We understand the challenges
that retailers and consumer products companies face during
all phases of their life-cycles. Each client's business
is different, and calls for a creative, bespoke approach
to financing. Our solutions often include collateralisation
of assets beyond inventory, such as fixed assets, real
estate, receivables, tax refunds and enterprise value.
The lending solutions
provided by GB Merchant Partners include tranche B loans, mezzanine financing and bridge loans. Our financing
is typically used to provide working capital or fund turnarounds,
acquisitions and long-term growth.
Tranche
B loans - We provide secured, second-position
tranche B loans that extend beyond standard advance rates.
We often assign value to brands and other non-tangible
assets against which traditional lenders may be unwilling
to lend.
Mezzanine
financing - Our mezzanine financing for consumer
products companies is typically used to fund acquisitions,
recapitalisation and growth. The mezzanine loans
we provide range from $5mn to $40mn and can often be
arranged in as little as two weeks.
Bridge
loans - In supporting companies through financing
gaps we provide short-term liquidity solutions (typically
4 to 14 months) for acquisitions, sale-leaseback transactions,
refinancing or to provide working capital. Working with
company management and their existing lenders we develop
customised loans that meet our clients' specific needs,
objectives and timetables. |
